Job Charges

When you have finished the job post-checks, Micronet displays the Charges screen. This screen displays the labour charges it has calculated for the job according to the operation, rate and actual hours spent on the job. You can add further labour charges, edit the labour charges for the job, or delete a labour charge. You can also add freight and delivery charges for the job, and update the time if the job is taking longer than expected.

To view or maintain the job charges:

  1. Complete the job post-checks.

Refer to "Job Post-Checks".

Micronet displays the Charges screen.

  1. If you can't view all of the charges, you can scroll by dragging up or down on the screen.
  2. If you want to alter the time the job is taking, refer to "Updating the Job End Time".
  3. If you want to add, edit or delete a labour charge for the job, refer to "Adding a Labour Charge", "Editing a Labour Charge" or "Deleting a Labour Charge".
  4. When you have entered all the job charges, select Next.

Micronet asks you to confirm that you have completed all charges for the job.

  1. Select Yes.

If you have not accounted for the full amount of time that Micronet has calculated you have been on the job, it displays a message.

  1. Select OK to clear the message then add or edit the labour charges to account for the full time you have been on the job.

 

When you have accounted for the full amount of time you have been on the job, Micronet displays the Signature screen. For more information, refer to "Signature".
